Mitsubishi Uni-Star Pencil - HB

You know how normally stiff graphite means that the pencil writes in a scratchy way?

Not so much with the UniStar HB. This pencil is stiff making it perfect for detailed work like margin notes and calculations, but also smooth enough that you can write a couple pages, and your wrist won't be as fatigued. Lines are dark without much pressure on the pencil at all.

Comparing this to the office 9000 line, you'll get a casing that is just as rigid with graphite that stays sharp for longer. The thick burgundy lacquer is very nice to look at, and is very smooth.
