Smooth and easy

I just did a comparison of about 10 different pencils. Between the Hi Uni and the Mono 100, I have definite preference for the Hi Uni…..it writes smoothly and easily. The Mono 100 looks good but there is more resistance when writing so it takes more energy and is a bit slower to use. My only complaint about the Hi Uni is that it wears down really fast!

Dark smooth writing

The lead is soft and dark but not overly smudgy. I have a slight preference for the Tombow mono100 but if I weren't specifically looking for differences between the two I'd be perfectly happy with this option for the rest of my life.
