Parker Jotter Ballpoint - Medium Point - Portobello Purple CT

The Parker Jotter Ballpoint Portobello Purple has a nice plum coloured barrel with a metallic finish and a brushed stainless steel cap. The pen is polished well, from the knock mechanism to the nose tip, and even the threads in the barrel. The clip is sturdy. I like that it takes any Parker style G2 refills: I swapped the preinstalled Parker refill—there was nothing wrong with it, as it wrote smoothly—for a Monteverde Blue-Black refill because I like a red leaning blue-black, like navy blue, and this one fits the bill.
